How it worked

In this project, Bluetools worked with the top management and the board of directors of Raiffeisenbank Aarau-Lenzburg to align the five year strategy of the cooperative bank.

Therefore, Bluetools conducted individual interviews with all five members of the top management of the bank and aggregated the answers from the individual interviews to a shared picture of the current strategic situation.

In a second step, the top management defined the journey of the organization over time and collectively defined a vision for the future. Further, all ongoing activities as well as relevant trends in the environment were collected.

In a third and last step, the interpretations of the collective workshop with the top management was discussed in joint workshop with the top management and the board of directors. After including minor adjustments based on this discussion, the results and interpretations were included in the five year strategy of Raiffeisen Aarau-Lenzburg.

The outcome

The outcome of this project was a shared understanding of the reality as well as the key challenges by the top management and the board of directors of Raiffeisenbank Aarau-Lenzburg resulting from the structured discussion between all key stakeholders. This understanding was catpured as a collective analysis in the Bluetools moderation tool and integrated in the five year strategy of Raiffeisenbank Aarau-Lenzburg.
